This interactive session will focus on practical ideas to aide participants toward being perceived as credible, influential, knowledgeable and confident. During our session we will discuss message congruency, the 3 most important delivery skills and important concepts on how to structure content.
The session will include open discussion, small group exercises and an opportunity for a few participants to be recorded and receive real-time feedback and coaching. We will also discuss the application of these important skills in all situations, from formal presentations to senior executives through informal conversations in the break room. The session will be informative, fun and filled with useful tools that can be applied immediately.
